Stage 2: Solution Assessment

Activities
• Develop business case for new system.
• Identify solution needs.
• Identify Data migration, customization, integration requirements

• Solution Assessment outlining solution key areas of business that will be addressed, quantitative indicators of success and solution confirmation plan.

Stage 3: Implementation Planning and Solution Confirmation
